2. Course Enrollment & Lifetime Access

Enrolling in a course provides personal, non-transferable access to the educational materials:

• Individual Use Only: Login credentials, video lectures, and live classroom invitations (Zoom/Google Meet) are strictly for the registered student. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination without refund.
• Live Class Conduct: Students must maintain professionalism during live mentoring sessions and discord/community group interactions. Misbehavior or disruptive conduct will lead to suspension.
• Course Completion & Certification: Verified certificates are awarded only after achieving passing scores in assessments, assignments, and practical project submissions.

3. Digital Asset & Store Licenses

Purchases made through our digital store are subject to specific usage terms:

• Digital scripts, templates, design packs, and tools purchased are licensed for personal and standard commercial client work.
• Reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or claiming original authorship over our source codes and digital bundles is strictly illegal under intellectual property law.

4. Payments, Verification & Pricing

All prices listed on the site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Orders placed via manual mobile payment channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are activated upon verification of the Transaction ID (TrxID) and sender number by our administrative desk. Softrix IT Tech reserves the right to modify prices and offer promotional discounts at any time without prior notice.

5. Affiliate Partner Rules

Affiliates must strictly adhere to fair marketing practices. Self-referrals through false accounts, deceptive advertising claims, or spamming unsolicited links will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of pending balances, and permanent banning from the affiliate program.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, training curricula, recorded videos, graphics, brand identifiers, and web codes displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Softrix IT Tech. Unauthorized copying, downloading, recording, or mirroring of proprietary content will result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Softrix IT Tech provides skills training and technical resources; however, we do not guarantee individual freelance earnings or client job placements. Financial outcomes depend strictly upon the student's personal commitment, practice, and external marketplace conditions.
